Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
FR7 eBay Navigator ("we", "the service") consists of a Chrome extension and this website. This policy explains what data is handled and why.
Data in the extension (stays on your device)
- Your eBay data. When you connect your eBay account, the extension reads your orders, listings and related seller data through eBay's official APIs, and can create draft listings and upload tracking numbers when you tell it to. This includes buyer names and shipping addresses that eBay provides for your orders.
- Sign-in tokens. eBay returns an access token to the extension. It is stored in your browser's extension storage on your device. It is not stored on our server.
- Supplier pages. For products you choose to watch, or when you press a button, the extension reads the product page (price, stock, title, images) in your browser. The optional AliExpress reader reads your own signed-in "My orders" pages in your browser.
- Notes and settings. Supplier costs, notes, watch list, ledger and settings are saved in your browser's extension storage.
Data on our server
- Account: your email address and a salted, slow hash of your password (we never store the password itself), sign-in and security events, and your plan, credit balance and credit history.
- Monitored URLs: the supplier page addresses you add to your account, so the plan limit can be applied.
- Payments: the plan, amount, currency, status and the provider's reference for each payment. Card or wallet details are entered on the payment provider's page and are never seen or stored by us. For manual payments we store the transaction ID you send us.
- Network address: used only in temporary form (hashed) to limit abuse, such as repeated free-trial sign-ups.
- Sensitive values on our server (such as payment provider keys) are encrypted at rest. Connections use HTTPS.
Where data goes
- eBay sign-in: a one-time code is sent to our token service, which exchanges it with eBay and returns the token to you. The service does not keep your tokens or your eBay data.
- Email: we use an email delivery provider to send verification codes, password-reset codes and account reminders to your address.
- Payments: payment providers process your payment under their own privacy policies.
- Google Sheet (optional): if you turn it on, your order rows are sent to the Google Apps Script web app that you created and own. We cannot see that sheet.
- We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. There are no ads and no analytics trackers.
Remote code
The extension does not download or run remote code.
Your choices
- Disconnect eBay at any time in the extension, and revoke access in your eBay account settings.
- Delete your account yourself on the account page. This removes your account, credits, plan and linked devices. Payment records are kept without your personal details for accounting.
- Remove the extension or clear its storage to delete everything stored in your browser.
Limited use
Data obtained through eBay's APIs is used only to provide the features you see in the extension, and is not used for advertising or sold.
Children
The service is for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
Changes
