By creating an account or using FR7 eBay Navigator you agree to these terms.

The service

FR7 eBay Navigator is an independent toolkit for eBay sellers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay Inc. or AliExpress. You need your own eBay seller account for the eBay features, and you must follow eBay's and your suppliers' rules.

Your account

• You must give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One free trial per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free trials is not allowed and such accounts may be closed.

Plans, credits and payment

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly as shown at checkout. Prices, credits and features of each plan are shown on the website and may change for future purchases.
• Credits are granted by your plan each period, are used by the actions listed in the credit price table, and have no cash value. Unused credits do not carry over unless your plan says so.
• Paid plans end at the end of the period you paid for unless you renew. After the free trial or an ended plan, paid features stop working until you choose a plan.
• Refunds are handled case by case; contact support.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, overload or attempt to break into the service, share your account, or resell access.
• Do not use the service to break the rules of eBay or any website, to bypass captchas or sign-in checks, or to create misleading listings or documents.

Your responsibility for listings and orders

The extension prepares drafts and shows information. You review everything before it goes live. You are responsible for your listings, prices, shipping and customer service. Price and stock data read from supplier pages can be wrong or late.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any level of sales or profit. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time on the account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with it. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
